Justin Wilson replaced my galvanized pipes with copper pipes for the water supply lines and my water pressure is like brand new. "I had called Pipey when I had an emergency leak under my sink. I got a call immediately within minutes and they gave me an appointment. I got a text that my appointment was confirmed. The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. Didn’t leave any trash behind for us. While they were there, I asked them to check a couple of additional things and they gave on the spot estimates. Work was clean overall and price was reasonable. I paid them using my phone which was also very convenient for me. Overall, it was a great experience."

"Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. Outside the stall looked fine, but the tile they "replaced" was actually the original, just poorly handled. They left the last row unfinished after hitting a curve hard and breaking the tile apart. Instead of using a diamond saw for a clean $400 straight cut, they took a shortcut that ruined the piece. The tile broke jaggedly, so they tried to hide the damage by burying the break line under piles of caulk and extra material. Now, the fracture is "leaking" through the mess. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."

"Everything was great! I received a call shortly before his arrival and when he came, he was very polite. Looked at the faucet to determine the issue and began locating the part he needed to replace (cartridge), he immediately got in touch with his supplier and in less than 30 min. he was able to get the part and get to work. A simple note on the value of integrity... I was initially quoted a price that was $8.00 more than what I paid. But because the part he purchased was cheaper by $8, he passed off the savings to me as well. He could have simply stayed silent, pocketed that 8 dollars and I would have been none the wiser. (And probably would have still written a positive review.) There aren't a lot of people who would pass that saving on to their customer. I look back at that and am happy that Affordable Heating Cooling & Plumbing to take care of my leaky faucet. Im happy to say, found my new plumber and heating and cooling guy, I will be giving him my business in the future."
