"I contracted with Grant Heating & Cooling Inc. to install HVAC system in my home in the spring of 2024. They were very professional and did a very good job. In the winter of 2025 I had a minor problem with one of the Mitsubishi heat pump system units. The company was quick to troubleshoot the situation. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable about the system and thorough. It required several visits to diagnose the problem and fix it. The manager, Nick was very responsive to the situation which required bringing out an expert from Mitsubishi. All of this work was covered under my warranty. The problem was fixed and I could not speak highly enough about the company’s policies and customer service. I would highly recommend them for all facets of their work and standing behind their installations. I am very happy to be working with them for my continued maintenance. "This was the worst experience i have ever had with a company. They came and damaged my house and kept us without AC for days. They admitted to the extensive damage and went weeks before attempting to repair it. The services were never fully completed and they were paid over 90% of the job. I disputed the last 10% and provided overwhelming evidence of their negligence. And after a year their last ditch effort was to send collections letters. Don't walk, RUN from this company. I will provide pics and my my experience to anyone who is planning on using this company. Used to be family owned and was amazing. Second they sold it went downhill fast."
