"I am very happy with Mikes Air Conditioning. Here it is JULY and I while in the middle of doing some renovations to my home, I noticed the AC wasn't working the way it should be. I contacted Mike's (fearing the worst) and they sent out a service technician who was able to repair the system for a reasonable cost and buy me some more time before I have to replace the entire system. I had some minor work completed and the freon topped off and now I'm cool and comfy!  Considering all of the expenses with renovating I was very happy to not have a high repair bill. Mikes was efficient, conscientious and professional and they completed the job on time and for a reasonable cost. I recommend them for AC repair as well as installation of new units. When I'm able to replace my system, I'll be calling Mikes Air Conditioning to do the job. Building relationships and getting repeat business should be the goal of any business. I'm glad to see that Mike's takes customer service seriously.

"He was prompt. He didn't really do anything. He put the air conditioner on. It did turn on and it was blowing cold air. He did go up into the attic and inspected. It was just a visual inspection. It wasn't anything like he checked the valves or any of that. It was like a 1, 2, 3 kind of thing. He did what he had to do. He was there within 15 minutes after my mom called him. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. Nothing was changed. No filters were changed. It was just to see that it was working. It was an older unit and it had never really got that cold. So I wanted somebody to take a look at it. Take a look at what's working and what might not be working and then make a recommendation for repair or replacement. As far as measuring or testing the actual temperature and looking at the level of Freon that was in the system, I don't think he did that."

Technicians came on time, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They worked on the dryer and vent for almost 2 hours. They explained to me clearly what they needed to do, and it now it sounds and works like new."

It gets into all the nooks and crannies that you would need a toothbrush or toothpick to get clean. I feel like my house has never been this clean, and floors have never been this shiny.
