He came and looked and took pictures. He gave me a lot of information about why and how the stone got damaged. Todd sent a formal quote the following Monday with a detailed explanation of the work that would be done. We agreed and scheduled a start date. Todd and his crew worked according to the schedule. They were very clean and did a great job. It is apparent they care about the quality of their work. We will have them here again to seal our other bathroom shower enclosure.
