"Winston responded quickly to my purchase of online deals and came out within 2 days to do the repairs.  Called before arriving, which was appreciated.  Replaced the two outside faucets and then fixed the kitchen water feed line valve as well - he didn't know about my request to fix this until he arrived, but he said it was no problem and fixed it for me.  He and his assistant were both very pleasant and efficient and I enjoyed having them do the work.

"It went fine , ONLY problem I had was they did not measure the clearance between the farm house sink and the soap dispenser and they drilled the hole assuming the standard distance for the soap dispenser from the sink, resulting I have to discard my original soap dispenser which matched my faucet and buy another one which does not really match and was a inconvenience for me.
Overall they were punctual and performed a good job but I was expecting a better service.
Also the sample shown to me was much lighter and the one I got installed had more yellow in it .. which was another disappointment , As I live in New York and could not go to MA to check the slab before they started the work, I suppose that was something I should have done , but I expected them to match the color as close as possible .
Anyways I would say it was a fair experience in terms of material and installation But the price they are selling as promo is excellent .

The out of pocket was much as when I had the entire air conditioner replace. I asked how much did they pay the contractor. I asked if I paid them, and they didn't. That set me off. That is how I felt. I can't confirm it, and it gave me a feeling there was something shady going on. It was them or their contractor's that didn't do something by board. What I am hearing around no one is any better."
