"After purchasing a home from a family with pets, i knew the ducts should be cleaned. One company blew me off after seeing how dirty the vents were after quoting nearly $1000 for their service and replacing my "coils". DustBusters came in a timely manner with their latest technique to clean. Vacuumes with brushes, most other companies use, leave a lot behind and is more work. DustBusters use a air hose system with a massive vacuum tied into the main ducts to keep it brief. Not only did a great job, but for half the cost of the other guys. The tech who came said my "coils" did not need replacing the other company tried selling me (big money). The owner's son came and was very professional and modest. Use DustBusters, worth every penny."

"Provider was very pleasant and arrived on time. He replaced our outdoor faucet and we upgraded to a frost free version. The water shut off for our faucet is inside the house, which created a little more work for the installer, but he was able to finish the install without an issue. "I chose them because they had the highest number ( and score) of reviews, but after the service was provided I believe those reviews were fabricated. I am a new home owner and decided to try your services. I did not know much about duct or vent cleaning but after what I saw yesterday I decided to do some research online and that is when I realized I did not receive the services I thought I was paying for. Only 1 technician came with a small shop vacuum and a brush, and he was not able to do most of the work because. 1. We had Fibreglass ducts and he said his equipment was not suitable to clean this type of duct and that it would damage it. So he only "vacuumed" the area that his arms could get to, and did not examine the vent for damage or recommend any way to clean or fix the fiberglass. 2. He did not want to take the vent covers off the ceiling because he said he did not want to damage the sheetrock, so I'm not sure how he cleaned them. I think he only sprayed air into and around the vent 3. He didn't have any air filters with him, so I had to go out and try to buy them. They did not have the size I needed so I spent 1 hr driving around looking for them and could not see what he was doing at home. 4. They did not seal any of the vents nor did they have a negative pressure machine. He did not hook up to the main vent and told me he accessed it with a brush through an intake, which means that they did not fully take out all the dust from the main feeder. At first I was ok with his explanation, fine but then after doing research I realized that all he did was stick a brush in the room vent but did not seal the whole system, nor did he take off and clean the main duct. 5. He said he cleaned the dryer vent from Inside and Outside but I did not see any signs of him going outside as it was raining and he would have had to get the machine wet. 6. He had no other equipment other than a shop vacuum with a 4 inch hose. I'm not sure how deep he was able to get with that into the dryer vent. I really feel as if the work performed was not done correctly, and my ignorance was partly to blame. This company certainly did not have the right equipment to do the job and they didn't even use the correct procedure to seal the system to create a vacuum. This was definitely more of a $300 dollar job at most and not $600 dollars like they charged me."

"I can't say enough good things about Econ. We originally contacted them for a mouse problem. Between the great reviews they had and the special they were running we contacted them. The woman we talked to in the office, I believe her name was Debbie, was so nice and very professional. She told us about an upgrade which would covered a multitude of things not just the mice. She never pressured us to take the upgrade just fully explained it to us and let us make the decision. We went for the upgrade.  They were here just 2 days after we set-up the appointment. David, the technician, arrived right on time. He too was very nice, very professional and very knowledgeable. We walked the house and I showed him all the areas we were having troubles. He fully explained to me what he was going to do and how everything would work. He answered all my questions. Once we finished with the tour David set to work. He was very quick and efficient. After he let me know what was done and what we needed to do so they can track the progress of what they had done (i.e. vacuum old mouse droppings, etc...). He mentioned that since we had the pool and a large wooded area behind our house that Econ does do a mosquito service and he gave us the pricing for it. Again he never pressured he only presented the information.  It will take a while to determine if what they have done is effective, but I can say without hesitation if you are looking for an exterminator these guys are very good.
