"Tom and his team were great to work with. I had a highly-unusual home refinance situation and Tom and his team brought everything to close without concern. He always returned my calls/emails and patiently addressed my questions despite having many other loans to process. Tom also saved me $. He found a way avoid a home appraisal, was able to secure missing documents at no additional charge, and graciously paid the rate-lock extension fee when it became evident the loan would close 1-2 days late. Overall, the experience was a good one, and I'd use Tom's team again."

"My husband I and used Mike M, Peter D, and the Guaranteed Rate team previously with our home purchase and refinance in Orange County, CA. They were great then and actually approached us with a way to refinance and save hundreds per month by doing so. We wouldn’t have known about the refinance opportunity otherwise. We knew we found a great team for all our mortgage needs from that point on. Mike, Peter, and his Guaranteed Rate were the natural choice when my husband and I decided to make a huge move from California to Florida. When we found the home we wanted to purchase, we called Guaranteed Rate. The local real estate agent strongly resisted us going with Guaranteed Rate and insisted we use a local lender she was familiar with. We told her no thanks; we have our team for life. By the end of the deal, the same real estate agent raved about how amazing Guaranteed Rate is and how wonderful they were to work with. "Tracy was an exceptional real estate broker for my fiancée and I. We found her after doing research on real estate agents/brokers in the area; she had glowing reviews from prior clients. From the initial emails with her, she was very quick to respond, thoroughly answered our questions, and laid out a clear plan on how the home buying process works. As first time home buyers, this was exactly what we wanted and needed. Tracy also seamlessly navigated our somewhat unique situation of purchasing a home from across the state. On several occasions she went to look at homes with my dad on our behalf. After these viewings she would always call us to debrief, giving us the good, the bad, the ugly (with pictures included). "Mike is the ONLY choice for buyer's agents in Spokane as far as my wife and I are concerned! We had the most helpful, professional service from him we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. We decided to move from Portland to Spokane based primarily on the housing market, so getting the right house was certainly very important to us. We did not make the easiest clients. We lived 350 miles away from were our agent was and we had very limited times we could come up to look for houses. Mike was always more than accommodating with our schedule. In addition because we could not come up much we had a long list when we could. He was very patient in showing us houses, sometimes knowing that they may not be exactly what we may want, but using them as a tool to help us learn areas and conditions. Then we made it more complicated by going to work on a private luxury train and traveling all over the United States for 6+ weeks at time. It was no problem for Mike though. He worked with us whether we were in Spokane or Cedar City, Utah. As if this wasn't enough he found us a house we absolutely fell in love with and was in the middle of helping us purchase it (all while we were in a different state every day!) and then our company went bankrupt and we lost our jobs and our loan. He still found a way to get the deal done, nothing short of a miracle. We are so thankful we found Mike. He has given our life in Spokane a start we did not think we were going to be able to have. If you want the best that there is Mike is ONE choice in Spokane. He will give it to you straight, even when you don't want to hear it, but you need to. He has a knowledge and influence base here in Spokane that I feel would be hard to beat. He is without question on your side when you are buying a house. Using him was a choice my wife and I know has changed our lives. Sounds extreme I know, but it is truly heartfelt to us."

"From first contact to final closing, Cindy Hicks was phenomenal! We looked at several homes online (since we lived in Norway) and, when I expressed interest in a handful of them, Cindy contacted me right away. She even set us up with Keller-Williams' online software so that we could input our criteria and browse long-distance. During our very first week in town (I work at Fairchild AFB) Cindy spent 2 full days showing us 16 homes. She listened. She got to know us - our interests, opinions, likes and dislikes. "The first property had structural issues that were revealed by the inspection. The structural issues combined with other details about the house resulted in my decision to look at other properties. I hired HomeSight for my second inspection because I was so pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. During the second inspection I was able to be present and see firsthand how detailed their inspections are. My inspector was patient with all of my questions and never made me feel foolish for asking them. I am still learning a lot about all the moving parts of a house and was nervous about the inspection process.
