"These guys are just amazing. They replaced our upstairs unit last year and our downstairs unit about a week ago. They are always on time and have great communication between the office staff and the guys on the road. We had a couple of little issues after this last install. It was 9pm on a Sunday night and Justin dropped everything and headed right over to get us fixed up....pretty impressive for Labor Day weekend as well! Charlie, Justin and Sam are just about as honest and reliable as they come. You won’t be disappointed!!"

"Outstanding company! The owners are mechanical engineers and were able to figure out why a unit previously installed by another contractor caused mold in my ductwork. They completed a Manual J calculation report that indicated the unit was too large, and they replaced the unit. Previously, this contractor identified that the static pressure on both of my HVAC units was too high and appropriate adjustments were made. All employees are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. Hands down, this is the best HVAC contractor I have ever worked with."

"My wife and I have been staying in our camper for the past 4 months due to our air conditioning unit not functioning. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. He called me on his way to our residence, letting us know he was coming. Cory was very polite and professional. He took his time assessing the problems and discussed the options available for repairs. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair and we required a replacement system. "A very smooth transaction. Matt showed up one morning and Omar and crew showed up the next morning and by noon I had cold air blowing in the house again. This entailed demolition of the upper unit, removing the thermostat and the outside unit. They then installed all the new equipment and hung the duct work. This is a professional operation that was attentive to my concerns , they were transparent and honest in their pricing and timely delivered on their promise. I highly recommend The Woodlands AC if you find yourself in need anything AC or heating related. Top notch!!! Additionally, I did my research (I am a police detective) and determined that Trane is the industry's best product and that The Woodlands AC is a proven company with a solid track record in meeting and surpassing customer's needs and concerns."

"I depend on Evolution Services. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. They have repaired my washer, cleaned the dryer vent (we do this annually), and they installed a built in double oven, gas cooktop, microwave, and 3 new dishwashers. I have used them at two different homes. They even helped find me a great deal in a replacement when my dishwasher died 18 months out of warranty. I HIGHLY recommend!"

"The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."
