"They took a very difficult job of cutting through concrete block, concrete fill and rebar to install a ventilation fan in my basement. Originally they thought it was simply a concrete block, but did not complain when they discovered the block was filled. The agreed to work on a Sunday afternoon, Arrived on time and did a thoroughly professional job. The fee was more than fair and I highly recommend them and will certainly use them in the future!!

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Atila and his team did a very nice job painting our interior."

"This company replaced my roof last year.  Very professional and excellent job."

"Frank is very nice gentleman and showed great patience with my questions and frustrations. The original plans called for concrete patio, but with the Tennessee weather, the rain had other ideas. Ultimately we installed a 16x16 ground floor deck and a 6x4 deck leading up to sliding door. The demo, build, and finishing took three days. The work was high quality and they cleaned up the site well. I have other projects I need to have done around the house and Frank found a return customer. Thanks Frank!!"

"We had a very good experience with Brent.  Called him to do several repairs on our house.  We called four companies on Angies list and Brent  was the first to call us back .   He returned our call within 24 hours and did a walk through on our house within 2 days. Timeliness was very important to us because we were on a quick deadline.
He started the work within the next week after wrapping up other projects.
Everything went smoothly from installing the new back door to the repairs in our garage. He and his crews showed up when they said they would which was very nice.
We are most impressed and thankful for the job done on repairing a leak in our den.  We had been battling this leak for 10 years.  Had spent thousands to get it fixed including a new roof and no one could seem to find the problem. Brent walked in...took a look at the whole situation and found a problem where the previously three people had never thought to look. I'm glad to say it's finally fixed.
A few weeks after the previous work was done we had a small issue in the upstairs bath.  Brent swung by and fixed it with no charge.
We enjoyed working with him and will use him again is the need arrives."

"I've built a house from the ground up and renovated more rooms than I can remember. In my journey, I've hired some of the worst contractors available. You know those guys, they promise you everything and deliver about half of they promise, over budget and past agreed upon deadlines. Plus, their attention to detail and overall workmanship is terrible. George is the best of the best and my #1 source for a variety of home improvement services. He does what he says he's going to do, on time and on (or under) budget...every time. I've used him for a dozen projects and I'm very comfortable with him in my house. He's a trusted pro and I highly recommend him."

"I was referred to Premier Maintenance and Landscaping through a mutual friend. I needed a lot of small repairs/projects done in my new home. I am so glad that i met them. Melissa who is his wife and runs everything but the actual labor is AMAZING. I called her to ask about the jobs and pricing and she set everything up for a sit down. We met and she had everything planned out. Very professionally and organized. Made me very comfortable and confident that I chose the right company. When the time came for the repairs Michael was very punctual and very polite. He explained to me the jobs and how he was going to approach each task. He was well organized and did an awesome job. Michael and Melissa are a great team. They have great communication with each other and their clients. Not only does the company have great customer service they are also honest and fair. I definitely will hire them again and will recommend to everyone i know."

"Very well. Everything looks great. He was courteous, came when he said he would and finished the jobs in a timely manner. We'll definitely hire him again."
