"I made an appointment with this business for maintenance on my rainsoft system. On the day of the appointment, I called because I had not heard from them. They told me I did not schedule an appointment. I have dealt with the many changes of ownership with this company for over 20 years and the terrible service has been repeated many times. I will never deal with them again."
