"The Pure Mechanical Technician showed up on time and went right to work. He explained every step to me as he proceeded. He was a pleasure to chat with throughout the process. An hour and a half later he was in his way and I was making hot water again. The plumbing inspector was very happy with the install and passed it pretty quick. He also explained the finer details of what he call a good install. "

"Water heater went out yesterday, after hours of course, and Yuriy fixed it. Normal price, absolute miracle worker, did not try to scam me or upsell. Has gas certification along with his plumbing license, so he can do anything — now that I found him, I’m making a list as we renovate. Highly recommend."

"Shane, the plumber, cleared the drain clog. He was friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Shane estimated it would take an hour and it took only about half an hour. I was then charged a ridiculous $830. I feel I was way overcharged and am not happy with this. I do not recommend Dean's Home Services."
