"Great! I have three AC Units on my house, all were 11+ years old. I had issues with one early in the summer, then came home to find that a second one had gone kaput. I had conversations with three different providers, and ultimately I chose to go with Punbar to replace all three units. Ronald answered all my questions, made some good suggestions, and during all our conversations never pressured me to make one choice or another. He was matter of fact and honest about the limitations what we could do to improve the circulation in the house. His team was able to replace all three units in one day (albeit a long day!) and the were neat, tidy, cleaned up and picked up well, including when one of the workers accidentally put his foot through the ceiling. While they had to come back to repair the ceiling, again, it was done very well and the drywall person cleaned up the work area very well. The pricing was good, (of the the three quotes I had, Punbar was the middle price) and they worked to get all the rebates possible at the time, further reducing my cost. I would highly recommend them."

He told me what the problem was with both of the sinks, gave me an estimate and explained the options for repairs and payment plans which fit my budget very well; since the sink faucets were the original ones, he explained how putting new faucets on would be a good option since they payment option I chose included a two year warranty on parts and labor and the new faucets are beautiful and a well known, high quality and reliable brand; all shut off valves under both sinks were replaced with high quality parts as well. He had the bathtub draining very quickly once he worked on it. He cleaned up all of the trash and wore shoe protectors during his work. "My AC stopped blowing cold on a Saturday night during a heat wave in Houston. I called Bellaire AC Sunday morning, and Charles came out the same day. He obviously had a lot of calls that day because he arrived around 8:00 p.m. I don't know that most AC technicians would be willing to continue working that late. If he hadn't come I would have checked into a hotel because it was over 85° in my condo at that point. It turned out the condenser fan had stopped working because of a bad capacitor. Charles replaced the capacitor and put in about 3 lb of coolant. Charles is very knowledgeable. As he was working he explained the technical details of how the system works and what he was doing. I will call Bellaire Air Conditioning again the next time I need them, but hopefully that won't be for a long time."

"They do our check up twice a year for the last at least I'd say  8 to 10 years and then he repairs you know that required.

Their pricing, they're a little bit higher than some people but in service we've had no issues with that.

They're very professional they take off their shoes before they come in your house, they're very polite, I've never had anybody that's not been.
