"I'd become increasingly concerned about the company I was using for my AC and heating needs. When I knew we needed a lot of work doing, I decided to search for a new company that I could trust. We needed to get 4 new AC units installed. They were 17 years old and leaking, so we took the plunge and decided to replace them. I had a lot of questions around the systems in my house and what to install. During my phone conversations Donny was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and I believe that he gave me honest suggestions on the best solutions for my home and living situation. I found him to be honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. The install went smoothly, one of the units was tucked away in a tight closet in my daughters room, and they dealt with that easily. They installed 4 new controllers. They were tidy, and worked long hours to get the job done. In addition they spent time explaining the new systems to us and answering questions of ours that arose. We are really pleased with the new systems and controllers, we have peace of mind that we've installed good, reliable systems, and that we have a great company looking after our AC and heating needs. I also hired them to do annual service visits for our heating and AC. So far they have performed the winter maintenance visit, and identified a couple of things that needed addressing to prevent possible problems this winter. What they recommended made sense to us, and we thought they were valid and worthwhile repairs. As we trust this company, we decided to go ahead and get the work done. Chris D came to do the repair job. He was very friendly, helpful, hard working, and did a great job. He also took time to make sure we knew what was going on. "I had lost water pressure on Saturday and made a emergency call to a unknown company from google. I talked to a person immediately from Cassidy Plumbing and was told I would get a call from an employee in one hour. An employee called and would come over in 15 minutes. I was amazed at the response time. He check out my water system thoroughly and told me that I wasn't getting water in the well tank causing me to lose pressure but also I was not getting any pressure straight from the well either. It was either the water pressure tank with the pressure switch or the water pump that was causing this problem. The pressure gauge was also broken. He explained fully what needed to be done, the price for each issue and since he was not able to do anything until Monday, I was first on the list.
Cassidy Plumbing called me in the morning and told me that they would be their in one hour. They came promptly and went to the well tank first and found out the pressure switch had corroded and the well tank was also not doing it's job. The tank was about 15 years old and the switch was more than 25 years old. I was told and saw everything that needed to be replaced and the price. When replacing the valve close to the water filter housing the piping broke off and upon looking at it this was corroded too! I was able to get a discount for the water filter housing since they were working on that section of piping and it was unexpected. Afterwards they tested the water pressure to make sure all was working and that the register near the pressure switch was functioning.
My water room is the size of a closet. Inside is the water heater, water softener system (tank for salt and two tall cylinders), electrical box, telephone box, cast iron plumbing for toilet and the well tank. It was tight to say the least and they did a neat job of putting everything together and cleaning up.
I have had to replace my well pump and another time the electrical wiring to the pump and both these companies could not compare to the professionalism and services that Cassidy Plumbing and Heating."

"Everything promised in the advert was done on time and very professionally. As a result I hired this firm to do a major plumbing and installation job. Install central humidifier and do a major repair job in a jacuzzi bathtub. I've not given a top rating to punctuality because while he arrived on time for all jobs, there were follow up actions required and his responsiveness in this area was slow or non existent and I had to call. In fact, one followup action, a minor one to be fair, has never been completed. In the future I will have to consider this should I need this type of service. I've recommended him to other people but this lack of timely follow up is annoying to me.

"Great experience from quote to installation. Dave Hopper provided a quote and showed sincerity and world class customer service from when I met him through the day of installation. Joe the installer was top notch during the entire installation process. Dave followed up the day after to ensure everything went ok. "We used Schede to replace our central air conditioner. Overall, we are satisfied with the new system and the price but the customer service was not satisfying. I think they did everything we needed in terms of the mechanical work. But they should better train their office help. After we agreed on the installation date, I asked what time the crew would arrive that morning. They gave a vague answer so I asked again the next day. But they arrived two hours later than expected. After they were done, we discovered that we needed a minor adjustment and scheduled a time for them to come. An hour after they were due, I called and was told they were not coming that day. The next day was the same ? I called after they were overdue and was told they were not coming that day. They finally came the third day. The technician solved the problem and was apologetic. But it was quite frustrating that they did not come as scheduled and did not initiate the call to say they would be late or there was a problem."
