"The first technician did not show up on the day he was supposed to be there. He did phone and say he had run into problems at the previous job and could not make it. The water heater did need replacing but it was not the problem with the water leak. It was the air conditioner and the pipe was clogged that took the condensation water out of the house. The reservoir was filling up and leaking back into the house. The technician stated I needed and air conditioner person to work on that. I was only told about the air conditioner leak after the water heater was replaced.to the price of $2550. I still had the water leak."

Within a day, Trend Mechanics looked for new Unit, bought it, installed, and filed extended warranty for up to 10 years with the manufacturer. Parts and labors were also guaranteed up to 1 year. We're happy with the price and the services performed at our home. We would use them again next time. Thanks."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had no AC as of Sunday morning on Memorial Day weekend. I knew better than to call someone over the long holiday. We were about to get a hotel room when I put in the service request on Tuesday morning. Chris was the ONLY contractor to call me back and did so within minutes. He was here in a couple of hours. The AC was repaired within a short time frame. He was also honest. The fan was damaged in the process. He reported the problem honestly as being damaged in the process of trying to repair unit. I wouldn't have known this had he not been forthcoming about it. Soooo refreshing to find someone like this and I will store his number as our new HVAC guy."
