"Service came to my house within 30 minutes of me contacting them to them to replace my broken water tank with an O.A. Smith brand. The person took the time to educate me about what had to be done to replace the hot water tank and why it needed to be put in a certain way. Person also took the time to teach me how to maintain the hot water tank. Their man office stayed in touch with me during the installation and followed up afterwards to be sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the installation process."

"We had an overall ok experience with Hunt's Services. Scheduling felt impersonal. After I tried to contact them through Angi, a system-sent text message directed me to their website to start the communication process all over again. Eventually someone did call to set up an appointment. Their system does not, however, appear capable of offering an appointment time or even a time window. They only offered a scheduled day and then 30 minutes notice when a technician was on their way. Fortunately, I am able to work from home and be flexible about breaks, so this worked ok for me. But for someone who needs to actually go to work or run errands, they may not be your best option. Pricing seemed a bit high. The cost to replace our leaky faucet was at the high end (or possibly higher) of what the internet seemed to indicate was normal for that service. Also, I didn't really need the faucet installed, since I'm reasonably handy at these things. I only needed the old one removed since it was apparently damaged and stuck in place (they eventually needed a Sawzall to remove it). But that service wasn't on their pre-defined menu of procedures, so full replacement was the only option they were able to quote. We needed the leak fixed, so we chose to have them complete the entire job rather than seeing if we could find someone else to do the work. Workmanship was decent. The replacement faucet was installed without leaks. The drain stopper was installed backwards, however, which meant that it couldn't be removed for cleaning or maintenance. I needed to partially disassemble the drain in order to correct this. It wasn't a big deal, but didn't feel like it should be necessary. All that being said, the leak that existed when they showed up was no longer there by the time they left. The technicians themselves were courteous and efficient. So they did fulfil our primary need in hiring a plumber. But we'll probably look at other options, or at least get more quotes for comparison, the next time we need something like this taken care of."

"I had two Trane furnaces installed( replaced old gas furnaces). Not only an estimator spent lots of time inspecting the whole system , gave a detailed estimate. He was knowledgeable. Two installers arrived on time, out on shore covers and worked . They replaced duct systems on 1980 system with no extra charge. Cleaned up all debris when work was done. They explained how Bew system works. Very professional. Office did two follow ups and a year later , scheduled a complimentary inspection. I recommend them ."

I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. "There were problems with the installation of the heating system. We requested that either the owner or manager come out to inspect and resolve the issues. We were told the owner would be out at 3 pm. When he did not show up, we called and were then told the appointment had been rescheduled for 7:30. When someone did show up, it was out the installer who had done the initial work. Although he did fix some of the minor issues, he was dismissive of the others and did not address them. We again requested that either the boss or manager come out. We were repeatedly told we would be contacted, but have not heard back yet.***UPDATE 12/23/2020: After HomeAdvisors assistance, we were able to get them out here and all the problems were resolved."
