I figured it was due to low fluid but, the fluid level was fine.  ABS told me they would diagnose my car and give me a call and tell me what I needed to repair.  They called me about an hour later at work  and listed the repairs they recommended.  Their list included a new power steering pump.  I told them to not replace the pump, but to do all of the other repairs.   I picked my car up that evening and as I was driving away noticed that the power steering pump wasn't making any noise.  They didn't charge me for a new pump. So, when got home, I looked under the hood to make sure they hadn't replace the pump - they didn't.   It's been about six months and my car is still running well and the power steering pump isn't making any noise. They did something to the power steering pump - repaired it, without charging me. I am thankful that I found ABS - They are polite, professional and highly competent!

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"The 3rd guy/driver was unnecessary, did not do the actual moving for the most part, and in some cases got in the way.  When I hire a crew, I am the supervisor, I don't need to pay another supervisor to give orders and do minimal actual work.  Next time I will rent the truck myself, do the driving, and just hire the guys for labor.

He worked neat clean. costumer support conact was provided for future service. He was very efficient. Very fair pricing, they also provide a discount on service during the winter time.
