"I was contacted by Patrick before I even finished my on-line Angie's List search for a plumber to clear out my kitchen drain. This was on a Thursday evening around 7:45 PM. I was hoping at best to get service on Friday (the day before I was expecting house guests!). Patrick charges a flat rate regardless of when he does the work and was willing to come out that same evening. He and his assistant Nick arrived around 8:45 PM and worked until 10:30 PM. They were able to clear the drain successfully. They were professional, personable, careful and very neat. I would definitely call them again."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"We were in the market for a few home upgrades so we went to a Home & Garden Show in the area. After walking through all the exhibits we decided that a new kitchen countertop would be our first investment. After talking with several granite installers we settled on AGS and set-up an appointment based on specials, pricing and a verbal review by a passer-by. I was assured not a shill. ? At the subsequent appointment, prior to selecting the actual piece of stone, we hashed-out the details, including the schedule of steps required. After that we selected a slab from the in-house inventory. Just another feature we liked…no additional traveling to see 3rd party slabs. Everything was right there. We actually selected a higher grade slab after viewing the complete inventory. And we did so without interruption or pressure. All slabs were clearly marked so we knew what the cost would be based on our needs. Once we decided on the slab we went back into the office to finalize the deal. Once again the complete process was described in detail and we were given several installation date options. Once the installation date was agreed upon a date for measuring was scheduled. Again, it went as promised. A computer-based laser measuring device was set-up in the kitchen and all measurements ascertained. The technician was on time and very friendly. His work was completed as promised. He made several suggestions that involved no additional costs but offered a better looking project. Who else does this? The next day we received an e-mail with a computer generated image of what the slab looked like using our countertop measurements. There were 2 options from which to choose. Again, we were told that this was the process but then again how many really deliver. AGS, that’s who. They actually took a picture of the slab and overlaid the shape of our countertop so that we saw exactly how the top would look. Too cool! We made our selection and verified the installation date and time. The installers showed-up on time and completed the removal of the old countertop and the installation of the new granite-top as promised. The installers were very neat and respectful of our home. Very professional. The next step was the plumbing hook-up. Again that happened as promised. The plumber arrived in the evening and installed a new disposal and routed all pipes. It was a 13 hour day, but it got done. Obviously there was downtime between the countertop installation and the plumbing items. We knew that would be the case going in. Bottom line…everything went according to plans. There was a small glitch involving the sink which was resolved rather quickly by the installers. Again, not a big deal; things happen. What is a big deal is how a glitch is handled. IMHO, it was handled very well. The countertop gets more attractive everyday. More and more little crystal spots continue to be discovered. The countertop is gorgeous. It really did make a huge difference in the kitchen. The cabinets with new pulls look new again. Now we need to paint and get a new floor. Gotta’ find a trustworthy floor installer. We can’t say enough about AGS. They did everything they said they’d do, and they did it very professionally. Everyone from the sales rep to the measuring tech, from the installers to the plumber, and the office coordinator that kept in contact was professional. At one point the owner picked-up the phone when we called. He too was very polite and professional. Without hesitation I would recommend AGS."

"We called Vincent on a Sunday morning for an emergency cleaning since we were leaving for vacation Monday evening. We had a huge flood from the ac unit in our attic and we thought it was due to the gutters being clogged, not allowing the water the properly drain.  When I called he informed me he was located approx. 2 hrs from my home so I immediately thought there was no way he would come out on a Sunday to clean gutters.  However, he called back and offered to send someone if we couldn't find another company.  We agreed to a time and Jamie showed up at 2:00 and immediately went to work.  He also went in the attic to check the issue.  Although, the gutters were not the issue the service and response time was fantastic.  I would highly recommend using them."

"Because of plumbing work done previously in my split foyer house, large sections of walls and ceilings in laundry room, bathroom and family room had to be cut to replace the drain pipes.  I e-mailed Anthony explaining what I needed.  He responded right away and came to my house the next day to look over the project.  He was very professional and gave me an estimate on the spot, the charge for materials and labor was less than I had expected.  The drywall crew came three days later as agreed.  They were careful to keep a dusty type of work as clean as possible and completed the major portion of the job in one day.  Part of a second day was required for the final sanding and painting.  The workers were very professional and they did a great job.  In fact they went above of what I had expected. "On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
