We needed most of our 35 year old central air conditioning system replaced. The communication from the company was impressive. We always knew who was coming and when. They helped with the initial MassSave paperwork and even submitted all of the rebate paperwork for us when the install was complete. Good luck finding another company that will do the same. Our installers (Brian Heno and Dylan E.) arrived on time every day. They were professional, kept us updated on their progress and cleaned up daily. Two very hard working guys. They did a great job with the install. It looks and performs fantastic. We could not be happier with the system now that it is installed. We chose the correct company to work with. Milltown was one of the only plumbing companies that actually returned my calls, and they were able to come out right away, which was great because it was almost October and was starting to get cold. They did an excellent job with all of the work, and I think the price was reasonable for what they did. They were punctual, clean, and professional. No complaints."

"We had the same plumber for five years and he did extensive work in our house. However, he did not return phone calls after our latest leak, so I asked someone for a  new recommendation. They recommended Peter Zereski. Peter responded right away to my message and came out the next day. He pinpointed the issue and fixed the immediate area and then gave me a 411 on all the other plumbing related  components in the house . I found it all very helpful and informative. This first visit ran about $200. He came back about a week later to replace all the pipes in and around the leak and he even fixed one he found while doing the work. While I had him there I had him install a new toilet and move another toilet. This visit was around $600 - $700. 
His work was neat and clean and I will not hesitate to use him again.

The tech who performed the install (Gage) was on time, communicated the entire process to us from start to finish and did a tremendous job. "Two men, Jerry and Tommy, arrived on the morning of May 19, 2017 to install the system. Tommy dug a hole on one side of the house, poured a concrete foundation in said hole, and also set up metal tubing, which created a stand on which the condenser sits to protect it from runoff. Meanwhile, Jerry was inside, drilling holes through my bedroom and dining room interior and then exterior walls for the refrigerant pipes which run from the condenser to the air handlers. He mounted each air handler high up on the wall. There was also electrical work performed to connect the units to the main panel in the basement. The whole job took several hours. Both men worked quickly and efficiently. At the close of it, Jerry presented me with my remotes and instructions, and showed me the basics. I used the system for the first time just a couple of nights after installation. The first night (it was the start of a heat wave) the air from the system was cool-ish - tolerable, but not quite as comfortable as I'd hoped - but I was still uncertain about the controls so I didn't tab down the temperature. The second night I did tab down the temperature, and that's when I found out that, though the fans and vanes in both air handlers worked, the cooling mechanisms did not. Considering the amount of money I'd just spent i was more than a little upset. Visions of law suits danced in my overheated head that night. I called the next morning. Jerry came out that day and diagnosed the problem (something to do with the solenoids, or maybe it was the thermistors). In any case, he did fix it, and this time, it worked as designed, and has done so ever since. I should add that NETR offers a service contract. Despite the added expense - for me, 234.99 a year for 3 years (the annual rate is fixed for that period, plus I get a 5% discount) - it makes total sense to have this complex system undergo periodic maintenance. I will pay the total at the time of the first inspection, in 2018."

"Vinny was great. I tried to swap out a switch in our 50 year old house after watching HGTV and a few YouTube do it yourself videos and failed miserably. We were nervous that the switch was producing sparks and called a few different electricians, plus two from Angie's List, afraid that my DIY project was going to burn the house down. Vinny called us back within a half hour and was here soon afterward.
He replaced and upgraded the switch, and swapped out an old ivory colored one in the room to match the new switch. I was impressed that he was so prompt, professional, had a variety of parts and plugs with him (unlike other electricians we've encountered who always seem to build 90 minutes at Home Depot into their charge for materials they should have with them) and worked efficiently. The new switches look great and much cleaner than what we had before.
We have major renovations ahead of us and will call Vinny first on projects going forward.
