"After a no call/no show by another technician (during 3 weeks of 90+ temps, a sick spouse, 3 tired dogs & a pandemic), I called Hvac Doctor after finding a referral on Angie's List. My call was promptly returned & I was honestly told I would be contacted if an opening presented itself. Within a few hours & much to my delight after a restless night of sleep, I was called & my central air was promptly & accurately repaired. These guys are top notch professionals as well as knowledgeable. Hvac Doctor is now going to be my new ongoing routine maintenance technician as well. Search no more, call Hvac Doctor! "From the very start all things went well above expectations, the plumbing coordinator took care of everything with the city in regards to the new meters and having city water people at the job on time. This was totally scheduled and executed within 24hrs of my phone call. 

The plumbing technician was on time, with all new items ready to go, he was well versed in the new meter set up, had a great working relationship with the city water people, he was a pleasure to have in our house.
He re-plumbed all our outdoor copper tubing and installed new shut off valves, and two meters, seriously his piping job was a work of art. He then completed the project by repairing a outdoor faucet with a hole in the old piping, and installed a second faucet that was worn, the then ran pressure checks on both, new new faucets are great!
City inspector noted a violation on my water softener, drain that Culligan had recently installed, Countryside Tech said he'd repair it before he left saving me a citation from the city. Thank you.

This is our 7th project with Countryside and everyone from the people answering the phones, to the techs are great to work with 
supported with wonderful equipment and well trained, friendly people.

We will for sure continue to use them for all our plumbing and heating needs.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

Twin Cities Pipes provided excellent customer service, advice and plumbing repairs at a fair price. Before the work was completes, the company provided what needed to be done, what parts would be replaced, how much time it would take, and how much it would cost. The work was completely quickly. The workers were professional at all times. They cleaned up the work areas clean and took old parts away for recycling. When the work was completed, they walked through each project to make sure the work was to our satisfaction. I would recommend their services and would use their service without hesitation.

"They were excellent. The price did not include the new toilet. They did excellent work. We used to go to a plumber in Hopkins and I don?t remember the name of them. We had something installed in our sink in the kitchen and they charged me $400. Several friends in the neighborhood said that it?s ghastly. Then my wife looked up the Randy Lane on Angie?s list and was like wow. We went to them for the next plumbing repair and I thought that their charges were much fairer. I had to pick my toilet out online to do up this toilet in my house. Then I called a wholesaler which I don?t remember the name, and then the Randy Lane guy went and picked it up and then that was part of my bill. The wholesaler won?t sell it to me directly. They only sell it through the plumber, and that worked very well. When they say they are going to come, they come reasonably on time. They do excellent work and their pricing is great. They don?t overcharge me. I would use their services again in the future."
