He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

They were extremely effcient and and showed great professionalism and honesty. They made repairs in the system that they felt was needed to enhance my new system without charging me for the extra work. I'm sure that another installer would not have bothered to do that.
