"This review posting is very unfortunate as I have never had this experience with Kappas before and they have been to my house multiple times and have always been helpful. Sunday of this week our water stopped working. We had already been experiencing some issues and had changed out filters ourselves and had called kappas that came out to look and didn?t charge us to do so.
