"I called first thing in the morning on June 30th, as I had been without hot water since the previous Friday night. (Good thing it wasn't winter!) They not only came out within an hour, they secured a new unit and installed it the same day! That included emptying the old unit, removing it and installing the new one. The job was done by mid-afternoon.
They gave me a quote over the phone, and billed me the same amount. I was very pleased.
Last summer they installed a new central air unit for me, did a great job then as well. I just hope the furnace isn't going to go next! But if it does, I will know who to call.

"Last April I purchased a brand new condominium. There was quite a bit of construction dust as well as some construction debris in the air ducts once the building was completed. I finally decided to hire Dustbusters Duct Cleaning this month to clean them out. The dryer vent was also cleaned and the central AC coil was inspected. "The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference.
