"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Al showed up on the early end of the service window we were given. He was very polite and friendly, and got right to work. He worked quickly and efficiently. We had purchased a coupon through Angie's List for $199 for cleaning all vents, ducts and furnace/dryer vent inspection. Since we wanted the dryer vent cleaned (the vent went through the attic to the outside and we were concerned about fire risk), we had to pay an additional $75. In addition to the work he did, Al gave us some good advice on cleaning and maintenance of our heating/AC system, which we appreciated.

"urce To begin with, when my dryer started making noise, the only company that I wanted to call for service was Country Wide ProServ. This was based upon prior repair experience with this provider, and my complete satisfaction with the services provided in the past.  The repairman, Joey, who came for the dryer has repaired other appliances in this home, so I was pleased to see him. He quickly discovered the problem, advised that he needed parts, advised me of the price, Upon my agreement, he left to take care of another customer, obtain the parts needed for my service,. He assured me before leaving that he would complete the repair on the same day. He was true to his promise... within about an hour and a half, he was back at my house, and started right in on repairing it. when dose, he showed the parts which he replaced and demonstrated that the dryer was working fine. I cannot thank your company enough   .. I will continue to to call when needed. And, special thanks to Joey- you should be proud to have such a skilled and personable employee.

"Amazing. Brandon and his team were on time, and they went above and beyond my expecatations. Our ducts have never been cleaned (we've lived here 2 years, but it was clear it hadn't been done before that too), so he even addresses issues we didn't even know about, like a full birds nest in our dryer vent (I couldn't believe it). All while staying at his initial quote, even though I know it was more of a headache than he anticipated. Couldn't recommend strongly enough."

"Great service. Very Knowledgeable. Resolved all issues quickly."
