They cleaned up afterwards. Greg showed me the new furnace and how to use the emergency shut-offs, and how to change the filter. And he explained how to use the thermostat. "Heat2Cool was extremely gracious in coming to install new cooler after hours. They provided full crew and worked very efficiently. However, they had to return the following day to make an adjustment for water overflowing. And then, on the next day, the cooler was producing only hot air. Heat2Cool was not available, so I called another company. They determined that the installers of the new cooler had wired the new wires to old, corroded wires. The result was that the new Pump had 'burned out'. A new pump was required. The pump installer rewired the hookup and it has been working fine in the 2 weeks since then."
