The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"John and his crew are very efficient, courteous, and easy to work with.  If you are looking for someone to get a lot of things done in a timely manner...then he's your guy. They came in like gang-busters and had everything done on our list within a day and a half. Overall we are very pleased with the results.  However, he did have to come back and finish repair on a storm door.  This visit seemed hurried.  It looked fixed when he left but still does not close properly. That is the only disappointment we have.

"After selecting Just for Granite they came to our house to take measurements. They work with three different stone yards and sent us to pick out the granite that we wanted. It took us a while to make a selection and they were very patient. Once we made the selection we went back to Just for Granite to go over the slabs with them to determine how we wanted the stone cut. When it was ready for installation they showed up and got right to work. The installers were very professional, answered all our questions and left the work area very clean. They had to come back the next day to cut holes for the faucets and mount the sinks. We are very pleased with the finished product and have recommended them to many friends."
