The job took several visits to trouble shoot and complete. The service staff, Ian Bryan, and Will were cordial and professional throughout the process. And the manager, Eric, was assertive in contacting me and trying to schedule a final service appointment to get the issues resolved so the system would function properly. This company is definitely motivated and intentional to keep customers happy and satisfied. They are tidy and clean up afterwards. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"It was excellent. They gave me a bid and it was excellent. They had to install a new furnace flue because of the conflicting unit with the existing gas water heater. That was quite an extensive job because of the gable on the high-pitched roof we have on the house. They were excellent in getting up there to do everything they needed to do. They installed the unit in one day and took out the old unit. I was very satisfied with their service and the price and their follow up. I would absolutely use them again."
