Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. "I had a very negative experience with this company. The staff, from the office to the manager and technician, were consistently disrespectful and unprofessional. They displayed hostility toward me as a customer, to the point where I had to involve law enforcement to have them removed from my property. There was no transparency regarding labor or parts, and they failed to provide clear answers to my questions. They refused to conduct a walkthrough at the end of the job or address concerns about their charges. Additionally, they claimed the job was completed when it was neither finished nor inspected. To make matters worse, they worked without obtaining the required permit, despite it being mandatory in Centennial before starting the work. This company showed a lack of accountability and professionalism throughout the process, and I would not recommend their services to anyone."

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."
