I reluctantly agreed and signed the contract. After further thoughts I said to myself â he got me and immediately cancelled!! Aaceâ s heating AC & Swamp cooler they were sooo amazing and I was overjoyed with happiness! Integrity, respect, excellence, and team work they exhibited wellð ð ! I'm very picky and hard too please. I had NO option but to give frank and his team the well deserved compliments they rightfully earned!!!! Without a doubt I would recommend them to my family and friends. "This was by far the best experience I've had when it involves repairs. My heater had been broken for a year. Because I'm on a fixed income, I couldn't afford to replace it. Quotes from others all recommended replacement. HD Mechanical gave me an estimate for repair and it was fixed right away, an at a fair price. Brandon and Tim are the best and are professional and dedicated to getting the job done without trying to upsell to unnecessary replacement. It works fantastic. "They sent me a guy who was probably did plumbing for ten or fifteen years. Heating and Air conditioning, he did about three years. I had the heating and air conditioner for twenty years, and also bought this unit. The price is really high for an air conditioner. $12,500 if you want it down right. $4000 in the attic. It was $16500 investment. He didn't have what I wanted to hear. The gauges to calibrate anything. Nothing needs calibrating and told him the problem with the thermostat, and since he left he just turned it way down, I am trying to get eighty degrees, and keep it normal temperature. He is trying to get seventy eight, seventy five. Certainly its going to pump a little more colder. He didn't give us a reason why that thermostat isn't working right in the afternoon. He didn't have that answer, or the reason that you could adjust it. Can you adjust that? He had no idea of any adjustments of the thermostat. I didn't ask. I wanted to keep it all the same. I don't know, he didn't had the experience in heating and air, but he had the experience in plumbing. He didn't, and what he wanted for $85, its steep for me, when I just paid $16500, and for the attic ventilation system. I thought he would say $50 or $60. I paid him, and I went to Right Choice to do everything, complimentary. Something to help us out. I didn't ask them, but I would hope they would offer. He wasn't knowledgeable, and didn't know the answer. He wanted a $1000, it takes care of maintenance. Like he just came to the house. That is what he wanted to sell me. I gave him an soda pop, and wanted to see what he wanted to sell me.They sent an really knowledgeable installer. The parts are all knew. I would think they would have followed up, but nothing. Maybe that isn't a lot of money. I wrote a $12,250 check to them. Its a lot of money. I would want them to come out and make the air flows correct."

"Dave was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to supply my quote before he left. I look forward to working with Southland heating and air. Follow up: I made my decision and signed the contract. Best decision I could have made. They were thousands of dollars less for the exact same equipment than 3 other companies I got estimates from. When challenged none of the other companies could revise their estimate to even come close. Southland is a Mitsubishi diamond dealer so I got full Mitsubishi warranties plus 1 year from Southland of parts and service. The day the installers arrived, on time, it was raining. Jamie and Ricardo used the utmost care to protect my home. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. I have attached a photo so you can see for yourself the way they carted for my home. The equipment works perfectly. I would hire this company again in a heart"

"Our central a/c unit stopped working yesterday evening in 100 degree heat. I immediately called Vigen (at 7:10PM on a Friday btw) and he picked up and squeezed us in the next day. He came today (8/29/15) and had us up and running again in 30 minutes. The starter needed to be replaced. We are so very grateful. Vigen and his guys at North Air really know their stuff. They're punctual, courteous, fair, and do great work.
Two years ago, our central a/c unit was rattling terribly on the roof. We called a few different companies for estimates and liked Vigen's the best. All of the estimates cited similar issues with the install we had done in 2009. The a/c unit was not properly attached to the house...it wasn't draining right...also there were problems with how the furnace was installed in the attic...and I don't remember any more details two years later. What I remember is that the unit was no longer rattling on the roof and suddenly the house was getting much cooler, much faster, much more quietly. 
We also really like the mini-split unit that North Air installed in the garage. It works great and is virtually silent. We will continue to use North Air for all our HVAC needs. It's a relief to know we have a dependable company to call when things get way to hot or way too cold....

"Sent email through anigies list site, he called right away on a Sunday night - tried to help me fix my thermostat since it was only a year 1/2 old but we could not.  Did tell me he had a job in san diego that week.  since it was nothing major decided to wait since the reviews were good and he seemed honest.  finally was able to pick a good day, called letting me know he was on his way, showed up and first looked at my thermostat but it was broke, replaced with new one right away.  Explained how it worked also checked my filters and let me know where I could buy replacement ones at a good price.  Was quick, very friendly and professional.  Also does electrical work which I need so I will be calling in the future.
