I mentioned to Heath I didn't have a thermostat hooked up and he said if I had one ready they could install it for free while they were out there...
Well since I wasn't closing right away I did not want to put in a thermostat and have to gank it back out if I backed out so he was very nice and said if I closed on the property they would install the thermostat the next time they were in the neighborhood and I was able to let them in. He stuck to his word 3 months later I called him up and he sent someone out to install my ac thermostat for free. These guys have my business as long as I own a ac unit and will get a referal any time someone asks me for a good ac company. On time and very courteous people.
