They went out of their way to find and order (on a holiday weekend when other RV repair companies said they were closed) a new converter for my RV that was blown out when the power went out in our area and I found out I did not have a good surge protector. They helped me with replacing a much better surge protector as well. I have also hired them for additional work to be done with re-sealing my RV roof and 3 slide-outs and to wash/wax my RV. "I hired Reese Windows and Doors to replace 11 windows and 2 doors on my 62 year old home in Cape Coral. They did this in one day and I could not be happier. The three gentlemen they sent were polite and accommodating but far more important they knew exactly what they were doing. The work was done neatly and very professionally. Their window are beautiful, easy to use and guaranteed for life. I do not need to do any paint touch up outside or inside. All debris from the work was completely removed. Their supervisor also contacted me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. An excellent excellent company to do business with. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. "I had him remodel my bathroom a few weeks ago and asked him to come back and replace my sliding glass door with French doors and also fix some walls that were damaged. He came when he said he would and did an excellent job. You can't even tell that the walls had any damage to them and the French doors look perfect. He was also very polite once again."

"There were a few hiccups that resulted in leaks in the house. A lack of communication we never knew when someone was coming to work on the roof or not and phone calls went unanswered. Jaime was great with communication and he hand delivered needed material but I guess he is gone and that’s a shame because he was a great guy and kept his promises. In the end all of the leaks are gone and they sent in a guy to repair the damaged interior areas and he was fantastic. I know some of the things that happened were beyond their control but 5 weeks to complete the job with the roof leaking was crazy and caused stress. As stated they took care of the damage inside of the house. Thank you Total Home Roofing for all of your hard work it is appreciated."
