"I talked with Scott on the phone and got a price. I called back later to schedule the work and they were able to install when I wanted. Showed up in the middle of my time window. Scott did a great job getting thing done quickly, safely and professionally. They only offered one water heater. I was wanting a better option, than the standard heater but that's all he offered. I could've paid more for a longer warranty on it but that's the same heater, not built any better. Very happy with the work they did."

"We had a water leak from our water heater. Custom Plumbing of Arizona responded to our problem on the same day. Jesse G, operations field manager taught us how to do maintenance of the tank to prolong the life of the water tank (e.g. draining every 6 months and changing anod rod annually). Since our water heater was still on warranty, Jason helped us to exchange the water heater at Home Depot and gave us advice on which one to upgrade to. Jason also installed the new water heater. Because of the expedient service of the plumbing company, we had hot water on that day!!! We were very pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others."

I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. He took the time to carefully explain everything he was doing and why. When he finished replacing my hot water heater drainage port he showed me the old part, corroded and full of sediment.Most remarkably, he spotted the problem of excessively high water pressure...something no plumber in twenty years had brought to my attention. Before he installed the valve he showed me the reading on the gauge he used to measure the pressure.He even took time to caulk a bathtub to prevent water damage. Everything he did was done with the highest level of professionalism. Mr. McCabe worked neatly and quickly, obviously knowledgeable about plumbing. I would not hesitate to recommend  him, and, indeed, plan to call on him in the future."
