Both of our air conditioners were not working, and Martin Burgos came out the same day I called. No hard sell for repair costs or unit replacement. In fact, within the hour, both units were up and running. He explained what he did, and answered our questions about the overall condition of our units, which were good, not limping along as we were led to believe by another major HVAC company in AZ. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use to use them for my annual maintenance and any other service."

"Tech on time, clean, professional, courteous. Heat pump went out on a 110 degree Phoenix day. It required two capacitors to be replaced. When your back is against the wall and no a/c you're grateful you don't have to wait a day or two for a service call. Brazil was out within several hours. Two capacitors (value if purchased on ebay/amazon, $30 total). All then worked fine. The total call was over $900 just for the two parts (excluding discount). You do the math and see for yourself if this sort of % markup is justified. Keep in mind this included their visit and diagnosis. In my opinion it does not. & thus this review. The repair person discussed Brazil's service policy which would provide us with discounted parts pricing along with an annual care program for the unit. Even with this taken into account, the pricing of the parts (about a 3000% markup) is still exorbitant."

"CBP of Arizona was recommended by AC from Eddie and Son when the applied stucco to my house.  I contacted them for an extimate.  Chris Bridge came out to give me an estimate.  They were to apply an acrylic coat to the new stucco and then 2 coats of paint.  I have a porch in the back and the wood needed to be repainted the secondary color.  He also gave me an estimate to repaint my pool fence,  He suggested that I go to where he buys his paint and have someone there help me pick out the colors I wanted to use.  I had an idea of what I wanted, but not the exact shades.  They have an online site and that along with a visit to the store itself really helped get the colors correct.  <br /> A worker came out the first day to start to prep the house.  The next 2 days had a crew of 2 or 3 people to finish prepping and start painting.  They had plastic down to protect the area around the house.  After they were done they cleaned up the areas very well.  I would recommend Chris and his company to anyone and I expect to call them for some interior painting next year.  <br />"

"I called Matt at Mountain Park and got an estimate for all of the work. The guys called and asked if they could come by early, which was fine with me. Jake and Fabien arrived right on time and split up to get the various valves changed. They were friendly, knowledgable and knocked the tasks out in very good time. The only issue I had was that the new hose bib developed a slow drip at the pipe fitting. I called Matt and he had one of his guys swing by the following morning and fix it right up while I was out at an appointment. I appreciate this company's attention to customer service. I'll definitely use them again."

"techs usually find something that requires payment, so regular tune ups tend to be costly (but not as costly as replacement of system). For example, this time was recommended to do 4 or 5 things: voltage absorber under mfg specs; chemcial clean indoor air handler coil; replace surge protector on air handler; pull and clean dirty indoor blower wheel. Doing all would have been over $2000. Opted for the electronic items, which cost $817.55."
