They are unlike any electrical servicer I have ever experienced. I have had the run around for WEEKS from other companies, no shows, overpriced estimatesâ ¦even 1 company who â couldnâ t determine the problemâ and â needed to schedule a higher-level technician to come out in a weekâ just on and on and on. I called Duane Rego and they actually answered! Not only did Mr. Rego answer, he was able to immediately schedule same day service (since they happened to be in my area) however he still would have got me scheduled extremely fast as over the phone he knew almost with 100% certainty what the issue was and that it was a quick fix. He quoted me at least an estimate by the end of the day since his team was in the area (most companies would make you wait for another day) and Mr. Rego recognized the urgency and simplicity of the job that only true experience can provide. He didnâ t want to make me wait any longer. The Electrician who arrived was Scott,- what a nice guy! Outgoing, deeply experienced, loves animals knew exactly what to do, what to check, no nickel and diming, no drawn-out process, immediately recognized what others couldnâ t. Scott diagnosed, made one phone call to MR. Rego, fee worked out and Scott fixed it ON THE SPOT (they actually carry parts needed on the truck like so many others did not) I am SO thrilled I called Duane Rego Electric today! I cannot thank this crew enough for solving a month-long problem in literally hours, you guys are awesome! Even if they were not in the area, the service, price, everything was so on point and professional I would have actually waited longer for a fix, but luckily didn't need to. "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

I first called to request the service, I could not speak with any members, but they promptly returned my call, understood the request and made an appointment. The day of service, the technician arrived on time and explained the work to be done and eventually his findings. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He also gave us tips on how to better maintain the system for improved performance. Overall, excellent service. We highly recommend then and we will definitely use them again"
