"As a member of my condo board we had such a difficult time finding a trustworthy and professional roofing company. We sat with multiple companies only to be left feeling more confused and frustrated by each of them, until we had the pleasure of meeting Elijah team at Near Me Roofing Company. They were so professional and prepared for all our questions and concerns, but what really impressed us was that they held to their word, on time tables, budgeting and most important the quality of work. I would Highly recommend this company."

"supposed to take one week. Took over a month and a half. Had to continually call to get workers back out to the house. Had multiple water leaks that had to be fixed. Had to have the owner out to fix upside down electrical outlet that was also broken. Finish work was horrible. Had to be redone multiple times until acceptable. Would not hire them ever again.

"I wanted a sturdy shed built on my poured concrete slab. I knew how large I wanted it, but after that, I needed help. Nate worked with me to design, build and finish my 12x16 shed from start to finish. The process was efficient, and the shed is beautiful. Honestly, what I call a shed, would probably classify as a garage, had we installed a garage door, but that was not what I needed at the time. While working with Nate, I quickly recognized he could be trusted to find a solution to any problem. Next he helped me plan and built a matching railing for my home’s staircase, after I had previously removed an old rotting one. Again, this process was quick easy and friendly. Sadly I moved away from the area, but if I ever return, I will always reach out to Nate first for my building and remodeling needs."

"Giant Builders Seattle is our go-to for construction needs! We recently had a room addition, and the results are fantastic. The seamless integration of the new space showcases their skill in architectural design and construction. They truly understand how to enhance living spaces."

"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"We replaced our old unsafe deck. Jon had a great quote, and good availability. He worked continuously, and finished quickly. He figured out a good solution to a fairly complicated deck roof attachment to the house. When I complained about uneven stair rise, he didn't hesitate to completely rebuild the steps to our satisfaction. Only reason for B on professionalism is that he did not offer to pull building permits. I was able to do it myself, however."

"The job went very well. Our Salesman Ray did a very detailed color coded plan. He had some recommendations that deviated from what we initially wanted, but his suggestions actually made improvements! The crew did an excellent job. They were very efficient and completed the job as promised by the end of the week. Everything was picked up and restored as if they were never here. Very hard working crew! We had one sight problem. North side of patio was slightly bigger exceeding the walkway line. Ray came out to review and was very accommodating to fix the problem to our satisfaction. It was very comforting to know that NW Patio is a company that stands behind their work! They take very seriously that the customer is satisfied with the job! What a fresh breath of air working with a company that stands by their workmanship! We are looking forward to working with Ray and NW Patio on phase 2 of our backyard transformation! We will be enlisting Ray and his crew to build a retaining wall. looking forward to working with them again!"

"It was a pleasure doing business with these fine craftsmen from start to finish! The quality of their work was far beyond what I expected. I was so impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. They truly listened and were collaborative through the entire build. Each day they were on-site, they worked very hard and with a cheerful attitude as well! My new custom shed is exactly what I wanted and I would hire them again in a heartbeat."
