"Ned with Mast Plumbing has been great to work with. I?ve hired him for work at my house, which involved relocating the plumbing for my washing machine, extending and repairing some water and drain lines. Ned has also helped several of my friends and some of my clients I?ve referred to him with projects ranging from plumbing new gas lines, tankless water heater installs and installing new water mains. "Bryce and Eva were fantastic. I had a pipe rupture. I was in a panic. They walked me through the most effective way to shut off the water. They didnâ t provide the service to repair everything the next day. I asked if he could repair a toilet while he was here. He graciously took care of that as well. I could not ask for more."

"Knowledgeable and fast! Had access to the heat pump technology I wanted to install while replacing defunct water heater. Prompt and efficient. Super satisfied!"

"They came out as scheduled, had new water heater on the truck. Removal of old device followed by flawless and quick installation of new water heater. Definitely recommend Joseph and his apprentice!"

"Superbly excellent and highly professional technicians who provide top rate furnace and heat pump servicing and repairs! Always on time and provide detailed onsite explanations of system status and repairs before undertaken. Front Office communications are excellent and include reminders of upcoming maintenance visits, a call 1-2 days before the visit, and a call 30 minutes before arrival of the technician. Also included is a text with the name and photo of the technician who will be performing the work. I have done business with Black Hills for nearly 10 years between two homes, and I couldn t more strongly recommend Black Hills for all your heating and air conditioning needs."

"RossCo did an exceptional job. The entire team was professional, courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and the timeframe in which it was completed. In only three days the entire house was replumbed with PEX A (including a new water line to our outdoor underground meter), a drain line to an old cast iron pipe was rerouted, and an old tub was removed while a new bathtub was installed. Love these guys and I would absolutely hire them for any future work we do. Highly recommend them to everyone."

"service was excellent, price for baseline water heater was higher than expected. the angie tool suggested 2700$ max - it ended up being a.bout $3500."

"We really appreciated that Colton and his assistant (Joe?) worked us into their schedule so that we would have hot water before the weekend. They did an efficient job replacing our water heater for a reasonable price. We would use them again in a heartbeat."
