He checked the outdoor unit and evaporator coil and determined the leak was coming from the evaporator coil. He was able to get it replaced the next morning. "Found Jim on Angie's list and contacted him via email link on Angie's list on Sunday night at 9:00 pm. To my surprise, as soon as I sent the request to him he called me in 10 minutes. Totally awesome. He told me that I might want to tighten the bolt under the handle and how to do it to see if that would fix my issue. The next day after moving a stackable washer/dryer to reach the valve, the tightening of the bolt did not work but I could see where the valve was leaking and snapped a photo via cell and emailed via the cell phone to Jim. This was labor day, the next morning Jim called me to set an appointment to come to my home to replace the valve for 5:00 due to previous job before me. At the time of the appointment I got a call from Jim that he was going to be 30 minutes late and would that be okay, or he would come out the very next day. I opted for the late appointment. He came, was very clean and replaced the value in 30 minutes.  Gave me the 10% off for Angie's list member. Very professional. Would use his service again."

The sales consultant, Roland Rojas went over the proposal and explained in detail what we would be receiving and he addressed each and every point that we raised regarding the equipment. We found him very helpful and patient with our questions and thoroughly professional throughout the proposal and installation process. He worked to our convenience when scheduling the job and addressed in a timely fashion, each of the questions we had during, and following the actual installation, once it had been completed. I was not in New Orleans at the time when the work was being completed and Ken kept me updated with pictures and text messages throughout the four days. The work performed included the removal of columns that supported the main carrying beam of the house and a column that supported a set of stairs. Ken and his team removed this columns and installed an LVL to support my second floor and re-supported the stairs all within 4 days!
