"Having been pleased with Knepper's service several times before on our wood furnace, I called them again, with a new problem. The A/C was running but we were not getting cool. I expected that this the typical "low coolant" problem. The technician (in 4 different visits over 5 years, each has been one I would welcome back), checked that and found that it was not the problem. <br /> I knew that the condensate pump had been working intermittently, and wanted that replaced at the same time. <br /> He found errors created by DIY efforts of a previous owner and took the time to explain and correct each of them. He did take the time to look for other potential problems that each could cause, found one and corrected it. He explained why the filter placement of the previous owner failed to protect the coils and how to get the correct filter for my unusual installation. <br /> It took around 2 hours, but the results have been beyond expectation. I will use Knepper when I upgrade the system. <br /> <br /> <br />"
