"Rude angry little Jamaican man with his young son. Called bc my toilet isn't working properly. Came down to charge me $150 just to tell me wat I already told him. Then told me he had another job so he just came to look at this one. I paid him just to leave my house. Would never recommend these people."

Full service pump and well service. We service all makes and models well pumps, tanks, pool pumps, sprinkler pumps, water softners, any well equipment. 24 hour service. Call for free estimates over the phone. All major credit cards accepted.
"When I called, they answered right away and when I explained the problem, I was told that they would be at my house between 12 - 1 pm. They were at the house before 12:30, and fixed the problem right away (the water tank bladder had broken). Now we have a bigger perfectly working tank - and our water pressure is better than it's ever been (I have a feeling the bladder had damage to it when we moved in, because the pressure was never good). The only problem is that when the phone was answered, I heard a voice say it was an Angie's list customer. However, we didn't get the 5% discount. Although, I did not print out the coupon and forgot to tell my husband about it. Either way, their service was prompt and well done. Thank you!"

Septic Systems The Big Question: "How often should I get my septic tank pumped?" The Florida Department of Environmental Protection suggests pumping your tank at least every 3 years to help ensure it continues to work properly. If you have an alternative system with electrical/mechanical components, you should have service more frequently. Over time your septic system becomes its own eco system. Containing living microorganisms that digest and treat household waste. Pouring any foreign substances down the drain can kill these organisms, causing harm to the septic system as a whole. No matter which sink or drain you use, avoid chemical and oils.
"It didn't happen they said they would have to push me off a day because of weather don't know why weather was sunny. Spring Hill septic pumped me out same day one hour after Jimmy's postponed me."

Signs of insufficient well pressure include weak water flow from faucets, showers that barely spray, and appliances taking unusually long to fill. You might notice these issues worsen when multiple fixtures operate simultaneously.
A pressure gauge can provide objective measurement—readings consistently below 40 to 50 psi can indicate a problem. Before investing in a booster, rule out simpler issues like clogged filters or leaking pipes.
Determining the appropriate booster pump size requires evaluating your household's specific water demands. Count the number of bathrooms, water-using appliances, and standard simultaneous usage patterns. For average homes with one to two bathrooms, a pump delivering 30+ psi often suffices. Larger households with multiple bathrooms or high-demand fixtures may require systems capable of 40 to 60+ psi with higher flow rates measured in gallons per minute.
For straightforward installations with good accessibility and minimal complications, expect the process to take two to four hours. However, various factors can extend this timeline—difficult access points, necessary electrical upgrades, or complex integration with existing systems might require a full day. Preparation work, like obtaining permits or addressing unexpected plumbing issues, can add additional time before the installation begins.
Yes, adding a booster pump will increase your electricity consumption, though the exact amount depends on pump size, efficiency, and usage frequency. Modern energy-efficient models minimize this impact compared to older designs. Installing pressure-activated switches ensures the pump runs only when needed rather than continuously. Regular maintenance and prompt repair of any leaks in your plumbing system will also help control operational costs.
Permit costs and requirements vary significantly by location. Many jurisdictions require permits for installations involving substantial plumbing modifications or electrical work. Some areas have specific regulations governing well water systems.
A qualified installer can advise on local requirements, but contacting your municipal building department directly provides the most accurate information. Proceeding without required permits can result in penalties and complications when selling your property.
