"I would say great but I had to get a new unit. AC Stopped working and One Choice came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Tech tried a fix, but that only lasted a few hours. Returned and determined we needed a new condenser coil. Decided to replace outside unit as well. One day service to replace units and cool the house again. They deducted service call from first visit and gave me $250 off cost The price was very good. Neighbors had units replaced at twice the price. I have had a preventive maintenance contract with One Choice for over ten years. They do great professional work."

"The young man from Greenwell Dustin texted me earlier than I expected which was great and arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed the issue told me what part was needed and told me where I could get it to save some money. Got the part and he installed it and verified everything was working correctly with no leaks of water or natural gas. Dustin will be who I request if I need any other services from Greenwell Plumbing."

"This is a great company and I am glad they are around. Extremely professional, detail oriented, hard working and honest. I needed to replace my ancient HVAC system and I was fortunate to have had this company help me with that. I ended up with a couple of bids for the same brand and model and Comfort Zone gave me an honest price which was thousands less than a competitor (Again, same brand and model number). Equally important is that they know what they are doing and they do the job right unlike many of the less knowledgeable competitors. Honest, knowledgable, hard working, great to deal with! They have earned my business for sure."

"When I was told I needed a new furnace, I went for a second opinion. I wanted a small, local company with competitive pricing. 3D heating and cooling came out, found my issue, told me I did NOT need to replace it. They repaired it, and left me and my wallet very happy! They came promptly, were polite and professional. When they left, it was cleaner than when they arrived! I am so grateful to 3D heating and cooling, and highly recommend them to my family and friends! Go for the most honest, reasonable, Skilled and friendly team! Go for 3D Heating and Cooling!"

"We used a big box company to install our HVAC stuff and they ruined the unit and never told us. For years we paid hundreds in the summer and winter to get it fixed, it would only break again. I finally called Bailey at Ref white and cool and he came out found the “real” problem. He educated us on everything and answered all our questions. He gave us several Options, but in the end we bought a new system which he installed. It’s been a few years and we haven’t had any problems. It was a wonderful experience with him and his wife! We will ONLY use them from now on!"

"Slow response and the labor costs was quite expensive. More than I would have expected to pay for a warranty job. The parts were covered by warranty, but Maeser charged a high premium for the labor. I would have expected them to give me some sort of break seeming they recommended the original unit and did the install. There are less expensive service providers out there and I'll turn to them when I need additional work done."

"We have been maintenance (once a year check on the A/C and once a year check on the furnace) customers for years spending about $200 a year for that service and have always been happy with the service. Our A/C appointment is normally in August however, knowing it is an older unit I called in May and asked if they would go ahead and come out. I was told there was no need and they would call to schedule in August. Well last night the unit went out. Don’t know if the service appointment would have prevented it or not. Called at 8 AM this morning (Wednesday) and was told they could come out Monday afternoon. I feel like 6 days was a little ridiculous even thought I understand it is hot out and I’m sure they are busy so she took my name and left a message for the service manager. I called back at 11:30 and left a second message. At 2 he finally called me back and while he was apologetic he also told me Monday or I could pay the emergency rate $98 for the first half hour and have them come out late Friday or early Saturday (still 3-4 days away). I am giving them a C because up until now we have been happy with their maintenance (and even recommended them to friend) but I question what is the point of being a maintenance member or “preferred” customer if you can’t get them to come out within a day or two when you need them. Will be looking at one of the other providers that value the loyal customers."

"Dauenhauer did a great job with installation of our water heater. Their work and craftsmanship was excellent and they were also sensitive to our budget. Every experience I've had with their company has been very positive!"

You won't find a better computer technician/computer builder than Jim Ferrell. I have been using his services for years and he has come to my rescue many times. When my computers crash, he helps me recover my data when no one else can. Recently he built me a computer specially designed for my needs and it works great. He got me better quality parts than they give you at places like Dell, and at really great prices. He has made house calls for me before and he has fixed my computer remotely via Internet access many times, which is very convenient. Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. In today's world, you may feel like there is no one you can trust with your computer, your data, your personal financial info, or even your identity, but Jim is one person that you can indeed trust.
