Returned and determined we needed a new condenser coil. Decided to replace outside unit as well. One day service to replace units and cool the house again. They deducted service call from first visit and gave me $250 off cost The price was very good. Neighbors had units replaced at twice the price. I have had a preventive maintenance contract with One Choice for over ten years. They do great professional work."

Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. They also suck at follow up customer service. They didn't call to see if I was happy with my installation or to see if I wanted a service plan. Oh well. Their loss."

Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health.
