"I called Mr. McKinney and spoke with him immediately. He asked where I lived and told me he was close by, would be there within the hour. He arrived at my house in less then 30 minutes. Accessed the problem within 15 minutes of being at my house, actually had a motor for my fan in his van. I also need to tell you that my ac in it is probably 30 yrs old or older. I was totally surprised that he had a motor that would fit my old unit. Gave me the price for fixing it, which was very reasonable compared with other companies , and had my unit up an running within the hour. I also need to tell you that the temperature that day was in the high 90's and climbing. Since that day, my brother that lives next door has used Mr. McKinney twice for an ac problem. I would  highly recommend this company to anyone that needs ac or heating service. Extremely nice and professional person and true to his word about his arrival time, estimation of price , and the work he will be doing."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
