"I had an outstanding experience with Jim, who replaced our old, leaking water heater with a new State unit. From the moment I reached out, he was incredibly responsive, showing up quickly and clearly explaining what would be done. The installation itself was seamless. The work was done efficiently and the basement was left clear of any sign that work was completed down there. On top of that, the price was more than fair, especially given the quality of work and the fast turnaround. I’m truly impressed and grateful for such reliable, professional service."

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."
