"Ken called before he came and got here on time. He was alone as he said his helper was not to be there today. He worked hard. Explained everything about my AC unit inside, air ducts and advised of things I could make it better and also what things my regular service checks should look for. He opened and cleaned the entire ac unit of ducts, sucked out, did each register, cleaned those outside and sucked and cleaned out with a roto brush while sucking. Put all back together. Little mess. I just swept floors and vacuumed a bit. His units to decrease mold installed are so much cheaper than any others! This guy is great and busy. Only Takes checks or cash, but only $199.00 for unlimited ducts /one unit. He works hard and alone took 3 hours! Good work. Sanitize also! House is clean! Thank you ! Telling my Neighbors!"

We had a total of 8 different companies over a 10 day period that provided us with estimates on several brands of heat pump air conditioners, including Trane, Carrier, Daiken, Lennox, Rheem, Bosch, and Tempstar. When they arrived at our home, they did an extensive analysis of our current system including our ductwork, and when they were completed they took about a half hour to write up details about what was recommended. Hats off to their installers, Nico, Anthony, and James for their outstanding, professional installation that was done. They arrived at our home very early in the morning and completed everything ( Heat Pump/Air Handler replacement, and ductwork mods ) that day. They also did a great job cleaning up when the job was finished. This was the most professional install for anything I have ever witnessed. We also need to mention the back office support of this company is outstanding. Faith is taking care of registering the system for us, and also is taking care of the Duke Energy rebate for us, which is very helpful. Coast to Coast Heating and Air is top-notch and highly recommended!"
