"Ken came out originally to do some duct cleaning but noticed that a lot of our supply and returns weren’t sealed properly with mastic (he showed us the areas that needed work). He came back out and sealed all the ducts, installed an air purifier and cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Definitely recommend his services."

"Coast to Coast Heating and Air has, by far, the most professional team of experts that made the whole process comfortable and easy to understand. We had a total of 8 different companies over a 10 day period that provided us with estimates on several brands of heat pump air conditioners, including Trane, Carrier, Daiken, Lennox, Rheem, Bosch, and Tempstar. Kamil, at Coast to Coast was our last estimate that we received. When they arrived at our home, they did an extensive analysis of our current system including our ductwork, and when they were completed they took about a half hour to write up details about what was recommended. It was the most detail-oriented document that we received out of all estimates. That alone is what set them apart from all their competitors. It is what made us feel the most comfortable with choosing them to do our install. Hats off to their installers, Nico, Anthony, and James for their outstanding, professional installation that was done. They arrived at our home very early in the morning and completed everything ( Heat Pump/Air Handler replacement, and ductwork mods ) that day. They also did a great job cleaning up when the job was finished. This was the most professional install for anything I have ever witnessed. We also need to mention the back office support of this company is outstanding. Faith is taking care of registering the system for us, and also is taking care of the Duke Energy rebate for us, which is very helpful. "The service went great. Darren showed up right on time and went straight to work. He explained the entire process to me and let me watch along side him. Unfortunately the dryer vent was very clogged. The last part of the service includes going on the roof and cleaning out the vent cap. This includes a video with audio illustrating the vent being completely freed of debris. The dryer is now in great working order again. Would definitely recommend Fresh Air Services."

"This was the second time I have used Westbrook to service my air conditioner. I am very pleased with how honest and reliable the technicians are that work for this company. Never try and sell me on anything I don't need or want and perform the service quickly and efficiently. The technician went above and beyond today by fixing a leak with my blower unit. He cleaned out my drainage pipe inside the unit that was clogged and instead of a big ticket fix (that I was afraid of) he got it working again. No leak!. He also found a screw to fit the corner of the blower unit that had come out a few months ago and reattached it. I will never use anyone else but Westbrook to service my air conditioner and furnace."

"Very well. They took a look at the problem and helped me decide the best plan which was to replace the broken equipment. They worked with me to decide what to buy for our needs and what the cost would be. We were able to work out a reasonable price that fit my budget. They removed and hauled away the old equipment and delivered the new unit on time. I was especially impressed with the worker who did the actual installation. He worked very patiently and stuck with it all day until the job was completed."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
