"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.

"They arrived within the 2-hour window we were scheduled. Very professional team, friendly, efficient. Upon arrival discussed what they were doing. We had some mold on the north side which they took care of completely, including going up on the garage roof to take care of the north-facing second floor wall as well. When they were done, he walked around and showed us two very small sports they were unable to wash off -- which I would not have noticed at all. He made sure everything as to our liking--it was! Definitely will use again."

"The old green monster (Niagara)gave up the ghost after many yrs of faithful serviceon one of the coldest days. Called a few heating services but they were the first to respond and supply an Eta. Service arrived when expected and diagnosed problem but because of the age no parts available. Was able to bandaid the problem so had heatSalesperson arrived that night during a snowstorm so I could get the replacement the next day. Installation techs arrived next day. Can't say enough about Jeff and Eddie--was not an easy job to remove that old cast iron furnace and the cement pedestal. Explained the new furnace and thermostat. Very professional and left the basement cleaner than how they found it. As this was an urgent situation did not have the luxury of investigating costs but I feel that the price was fair for all the labor involved.

"They came out and noticed that there was a low charge on the heat pump and noticed that there was some corrosion on some of the pipes so they figured there may be a leak in the system. As a result I will be getting a new unit altogether that is covered by the home warranty that Choice has provided. The only out of pocket cost that I need to pay for is any modifications and fabrication that needs to happen to integrate the new system. So in total I am paying $550 for a $5000 system."
