"Wow, where do I begin? David and his team were absolutely phenomenal. My sister and I co-owned a property that belonged to our mother. Neither of us had been in the house in 10+ years. So when we decided we wanted to sell it, we weren't sure where to start. David made this process so easy on us. For starters, my sister and I have really high expectations when it comes to transactions like this one. We interviewed several realtors in Albuquerque and once we spoke with David, we knew we'd found the person who could meet our needs. David was knowledgeable and transparent with us and never came across as salesy. Most importantly, we never stepped foot in the house during the sales process. David and his team managed getting the house ready for sale on our behalf. David flips houses, so has an extensive network of contractors and handy-people who did the work for us at extremely low rates. David and team were able to get the house ready to sell in about two weeks from the time our tenant vacated the property. Within about three days of listing, we had multiple offers and went under contract with a full-price offer. We closed shortly after and never had to return to Albuquerque to sign the paperwork or finalize the sale. I've done about half a dozen real estate transactions in my life and this one was by far the easiest. David and his team are absolute pros. I cannot recommend them enough!"

"If you are looking to buy or sell in the Albuquerque / Rio Rancho area, then I would highly recommend Kevin as your realtor. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about the areas, school districts, park locations, etc. We flew in from out of state for a 1-1/2 day house hunting trip and we toured close to 20 properties and stayed on schedule the whole time. Kevin was very organized with scheduling the tours, having packets already printed of each property, and really exceeded our expectations. "Started the view deck project with another contractor that I had to fire. Richard Shaw and his team Bill, Gilbert, and Cecil took over and they were absolutely amazing. They listened, offered a fair price, and performed the work to the high level of quality expectations that I had. They were here at my house day after day until the project was complete. No taking breaks and coming back later. They are the real deal. You want it done right and they get it done. <br /> I had a view deck built and I didn't want to worry about having too many people up there. They built the deck stronger than the house itself. The quality of craftsmanship was superb. I do a lot of my own work on my house, cars, boat, you name it. They performed the work better than I could have it done myself and I was truly impressed. When I evaluated contractors for the job I had three things in mind, price - quality - time frame. By far Richard Shaw and his team have everyone else beat hands down. Amazing work, amazing quality, and done for a reasonable amount. <br /> Trust me. I don't part with my hard earned dollars very easily but if I ever need anything done with my property my first call is to Richard Shaw because I know it will be done right."

"I have been involved in 10 or so real estate transactions in my life. I have had some real estate agents that I really liked, but none of them come close to Scott. I moved to New Mexico from Vermont, and what you need to know in order to buy a house here is almost completely different. The process is different, and what you look for in a house is different. Scot walked me through the entire process with patience, care and great expertise. <br /> <br />When you work with an agent and they ask you what your price range is, they almost immediately start having you look at houses that are well above what you gave as a price. Scott did the opposite. He never showed me a house that was more than $10,000 below (that is right: below) my price range. <br /> <br />When I flew out to Albuquerque to look at houses, I had given Scott 10 places that I found on realtor.com that I thought were good possibilities. Once we looked at those houses, Scott went home and spent the evening coming up with a new list based on what he thought I would like. His list turned out to be much better than my list. From his list I found 3 good possibilities, one of which I bought. <br /> <br />Once the purchase agreement was signed, Scott recommended what types of inspections I should get and suggested contractors who could do the inspections. I would have been lost without his help on this. He also helped me through the closing process, which I was doing remotely from Vermont. And finally, after the closing, he gave me a binder with all of the paperwork that was generated from the sale. This includes all of the inspection reports, the sales documents, etc. This is well above and beyond what I think he needed to do, and since I was actually driving out west during the closing, he saved me a lot of time and effort by doing this for me. In the midst of a complicated 2200 mile move, I really appreciated that. <br /> <br />The other thing about Scott is that he is knowledgeable on almost any topic related to real estate. I have never run into anyone who is as thoroughly versed in everything from pest control to septic systems to legal requirements and so forth. He is simply the most exceptional real estate agent - although that term hardly does him justice - that I have ever met. I can not imagine buying or selling real estate in this area using anyone but him."
