"sorry...i think i got the services and overall story all in one: here it is again from the services performed section:
we bought a house this spring that came with a hottub. we hadn't even opened the cover and didn't know anything about getting it started up or maintaining it. the man from Russo came and got it opened, emptied the antifreeze stuff and got it filled. he was extraordinarily helpful. the previous owners had tied a tarp over the cover with a long rope and lots of knots. he got all those off after a lot of time and energy, and even had me find him some bug spray to get rid of a budding wasps nest he found under the cover. while the spa filled he went over the huge box of miscellaneous chemicals the previous owners left behind. he sorted them all out and then told me what each one was used for. after the spa was full he showed me how to check the water/chemical levels and take care of it. he was patient and thorough. a very very nice service person. it was an A+ experience all around.
