"Awesome company and customer service!! From the initial meeting with Greg (the owner) to the technician crew of Jayden and Robert for installation of a new HVAC system. I was impressed with the honesty Greg portrays to his customers. He really listens to what you want and need for your home. He does not try to over sell you in a system that is pricier than you want. Jayden and Robert were friendly, respectable, courteous to protecting my hardwood floors, ready and able to answer my many questions. The whole team went above and beyond my expectations!! When i was questioning the connection of my ducts from a previous company - Justice Pro checked it out for me free of charge. When my water pressure was low after placing my whole house humidifier - Justice Pro did not leave until my entire family was happy! After initial contact a design and materials selection appointment was quickly made, and a timely installation date was scheduled. My job started on time, and an installer worked at my home 8 hours each day until my kitchen and bathroom renovations were completed. The installers were very respectful to my property. They well cleaned their work areas at the end of each day, and finished the kitchen and bathroom within the time frame that I was quoted. We have been in the foundation, waterproofing, and drain tile business since 1961. Our other business- 'Tri State Concrete" has been installing foundations for over 50 years. Warm and Dry, LTD was started on our 51st year to provide professional basement and crawlspace waterproofing and repairs. We came to see a real need for top quality repair work for homeowners that have problems with their foundations. There are a lot of companies out there doing really shady work. We have re-repaired so many jobs that other companies have already done, which is why we decided to start this business and do it right.
