The gas company came back for the re-check and said that they did terrific work. My nephew is a plumber in the Columbus, Ohio area and he said their rates were standard--perhaps a tad on the high side, but it is a different market, so it was certainly in the ballpark. The quality of the work, and their responsiveness, made up for that. Many people did not even return calls. Obviously, it was a job nobody else  really wanted to touch. "Techs arrived same day afternoon as agreed. Inspected conditions and commenced snaking drain to remove clog. They experienced a little trouble due to the configuration of the piping at the soil pipe connection. They backed up and started over and were able to clear the clog. They were polite and courteous, wore shoe protection, and cleaned up afterward. Very satisfied with the experience."

"We remodeled the bathroom and had removed the toilet tank to strip wallpaper and paint behind.  When it came to re-installing, we just couldn't get it back on right without it leaking.  We called Pipe Doctors and they came out that afternoon.  In inspecting the toilet, they found a crack in the tank.  After discussing this with them, they went right out and got a new toilet (with my permission, of course) and installed it. <br /> They did a beautiful job and they were very neat - put protective covering on the floor, etc.  They removed the old toilet and cleaned up after themselves.  They were only here a little over an hour - including going out to get the new toilet.  One technician stayed behind doing the prep work while the other went for the new toilet. <br /> I was very pleased with their service and the technicians were very friendly.  I would recommend this company to anyone and I will certainly call on them again! <br /> <br />"
