"I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional. It’s no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen. Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke apart, which damaged the coating surface. Eric came and explained what happened. He fixed the floor in one, hassle free visit and it was covered by the warranty. We couldn’t be happier with First Class Coatings and our floor. "Victor was upfront about the timeline to complete the project. The project was done in stages as planned. The first crew came to jackhammer the old surface and tile and from the start I had immense confidence in them. They worked as a unified team, very organized and thorough. My project was difficult because there is no backyard access and all materiel had to come through the front door and house. The crews were very careful and diligent in protecting my house and floor as well as cleaning up the work area after each part of the project. Different crews were sent out to address the different parts of the project and each did an outstanding job. It seemed as if each crew member had worked together for a while as their approach to the job was focused and unified. They worked quickly and efficiently but were not rushed nor sloppy. Everyone left the job site neat and tidy especially after the demolition of the old pool surface ( jack hammering concrete and plaster creates lots of dust) and during the resurfacing. The crew cleaned up the whole patio including the chaise lounges and removed all the ambient concrete and plaster dust. The deck resurfacers gently tied back plants in the borders around the pool and taped off areas so as not to get paint anywhere but the deck. There was no fuss nor muss. Very, very professional crews as well as Victor and his office staff. I highly recommend Mercury Pool Plasterers for resurfacing and rebuilding your pool."

Mike and his guys did a great job. They took my ideas and helped me create a better design for the layout in my yard.  The materials showed up when they said they would prior to installation. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently and did excellent work. The job was finished when they said they would and left the area clean of debris and ready to use. I would definitely use them again.

"The initial response to my Angie's list big deal was prompt.  Sid came to my house to give me an estimate.  Originally he was going to remove wallpaper in 3 bathrooms.  When he saw the areas he kept saying he would do as much as he could then the rest would be more money.  The work was scheduled for early September.  When I contacted Sid in Sept. he was having problems with his truck but he did come on Saturday of that week to do the work.  He started in the master bathroom.  After a little more than 3 hours I checked in.  I was amazed to find only about 2.5 or 3 strips removed.  Sid looked stressed and the room was a mess.  I told him to stop for the day and we could reschedule the remaining hour and he gave me an estimate of $200 to complete the bathroom.  This was not a large area.  I had some difficulty in contacting Sid to schedule the rest of the work and I had to call Angies's List before I got a response from him.  Eventually he came back and removed the rest of the wallpaper.  This time it went smoothly and it took about 5hours.  I then said I did not want anymore paper removed and paid him $200.  This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

These were just a start of the items we wanted to begin.  After the visit, we were told that we would have an email with examples of closets and associated estimates. No email or phone call was provided after the visit. Very odd considering that they were recommended so highly in the community.  

---Do not know if this is any relevance or not, but we are an LGBT family and it very obvious to us while making the appointment that this is a Christian organization. This made no difference to us, as we just wanted the jobs completed.---

Update: The owner and his daughter personally visited us this evening and profusely apologized for his company dropping the ball. He reiterated that his company does not discriminate and asked for a second chance to earn our business. He seemed genuinely upset and wanted to assure us that he valued our business. We believe him and want to encourage others to give this company a chance to earn your trust. "

"I called the company in a panic! We damaged hardwood flooring and needed replaced as soon as possible. I talked to Wes and he came out right away. Daniel came the very next day to work on replacing. Daniel did an excellent job. Thank you very much"

"Our 16' x 16' family room had wall to wall carpet that we replace with cork flooring. Joe assisted in recommending a supplier in our area for the cork floor, with whom we were pleased. He also recommended adding trim around the fireplace, and insulation underneath this room which has a crawlspace. He discussed with us the downsides of cork flooring (fades, yellows, can't handle a lot of water). While we already knew this, I was encouraged by him discussing this with us before we purchased the flooring supplies.Everyday Joe and his guy helping him cleaned up after themselves. When there was a machine to be left for the next day, he asked me before hand. It took a good amount of cleanup each day which i really appreciated as my children would have found scraps to play with. All the details and edging is great. My husband and I were extremely happy with the results. Details that I didn't think of and he pointed out, I realize now would would have bothered me if hadn't handled as he did.I did not necessarily know what day\time Joe would be at my house each day. He was working another job at the same time, which he had discussed with me. In the end, he got the job done by my deadline.2.5 years later, with a family and dog on the floor our family room every day, the work is holding up perfectly. It looks wonderful, there are no gaps, it is all smooth\flat, and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the work that was done."
