"Just moved into out house. I don't know much about furnaces. Bought a BigDeals coupon for furnace diagnostics/service call. Ryan came out to diagnose the furnace that was not cycling properly. He was very punctual and showed up exactly when said he would. He took a few things apart and figured that  a flame sensor needed to be cleaned. After that furnace worked just fine. I was impressed. Ryan was patient in answering many questions that I had. I was impressed with the fact that he was interested in saving me money. For example, I'm considering a programmable thermostat. He said that he will gladly come out and do it when I'm ready. He also stated that it will be pretty easy to do myself and quickly showed me how to do it if i didn't want to pay for him to come out. I liked the fact that instead of trying to sell me a new flame sensor he just cleaned the old one saving me money. Overall it was very pleasant dealing with this company.
